Relax in the North Georgia Mountains

Sometimes a person just needs to get away and relax where the air is fresh and the pace of life is slower. Some friends of mine did this recently when they decided to take a trip to North Georgia. They discovered hiking trails and other opportunities for exercise or relaxation that was impossible to find in their native L.A.

One place to check out if you fall in love with the area and decide to purchase a home there is the the Village at Waterside, located only 30 minutes North of Atlanta. To experience the area you can travel from Atlanta using I-75 North to Exit 285, Red Top Mountain Road. Exit and go right (east) 3/10 of a mile to the entrance on the left.

Atlanta Real Estate, Village at Waterside!

For a peaceful home or a luxary gettaway look no farther than the secluded homes of North Georgia. Here you can find prime atlanta real estate in a gated, architecturally controlled, lake-side community of custom  homes adjoining Lake Allatoona and Red Top Mountain State Park. Less than 30 minutes from metro Atlanta, The Village offers Atlanta real estate in a unique, tranquil lake and mountain lifestyle close to the big city.

Residents there have the benefits of luxury living in atlanta real estate nestled in the North Georgia Mountains. The beauty of living by the lake while not having to relinquish the conveniences of living close to Atlanta, is very appealing to many people.

The area features steeply wooded lots along the shores of Lake Allatoona and provide a unique setting for atlanta real estate homeowners. Rambling estates with dramatic mountain and lake views nestle into the private, rugged North Georgia terrain.

Atlanta real estate near the lake, particularly real estate at this elevation is a rarity in the Atlanta metro area. The Village will release five lake and Mountain View home sites for sale this month. The newly released atlanta real estate for sale will have the advantage of living near the small, historic, friendly town of Cartersville, but still easily partake of nearby metro Atlanta’s many attractions.
